After an unsettled year in 2010 which saw Kevin finish as one of the top five averages in the British Premier, despite missing the last 8 weeks with a badly broken wrist, Kevin is setting his sights on a new team and a fresh start for this year.
Part of the treble winning Kings Lynn Stars in 2006 and Trophy winning teams in 05,08 and 09 Kevin is looking forward to riding for Leicester Lions in 2013.

2011 done, on to 2012!
25-11-2011
Well the 2011 season finished with a flurry, I managed to bang in some of my biggest scores of the season and pushed the Ipswich team on to the pointy end of the league. We finished the premier league season in 3rd only missing out on 2nd on a +/- points differance.
The highlight of the season came in the form of winning the premier league 4s championship, It was great to take home some silverware for the ipswich fans and consolidate the fact that we were the in form team in the last 1/4 of the season.
Personally my form ment I was very busy with guest bookings and individual meetings as the season came to a close and on the last day of the season I managed to win the ACE OF HEARTS individual meeting at Rye House. Another piece of silverware for the trophy cabnet and the perfect way to finish 2011!
I will soon be looking to announce my plans for 2012 so keep an eye out for my next blob and expect some more news soon! kev
Better late than never.

Well the season is nearly over but the both myself and the ipswich team seem to be back on form and still in with a shout of some silverware.
Personally I have picked things up since my mid season slump and am hitting double figures regular again now, with this comes a few extra meetings which is handy aswell. I competed in the premier league riders championship recently and altough I would have liked a podium finish my 8th place finish was about par for my season and alot better than it could have gone mid season.
The Ipswich team has been performing well and with my big scores helping us gain some great away wins and showing our solid home form we have climbed back up the table and are looking at consolidating the 3rd place possition in the coming weeks.
Our last chance of silverware will come in the form of the Premier league fours championship which we will be contesting in the final of next week, fingers crossed for a gold medal in that one! Ill keep you informed on how the last few weeks of the season go!
mid season rollercoaster
06-07-2011
Hi guys, The mid season has brought some great weather and some rubbish weather and in a simular fasion my form has been on a bit of a rollercoaster., Luckily I have been busy enough that the bad meetings have not had too much of an effect. In the past couple months I have felt really good on the bike but the facts of motorsports is you need to be able find race pace, I wont bore you with the details but there has been plenty of work going on behind the scenes to sort thing and make sure I am back on the top scorers chart more consistantly,
In the next few weeks a have a steady supply of meetings to fine tune things, We have a few big meetings coming up including the Premier league riders championship so i will be looking forward to the chance of taking glory on that big night.
On the team front Ipswich has struggled with injury and inconsisant results away from home, The results have been far from the early season expectation of all involved but the spirit in the team is still high and with plenty of racing left in the premier league and knock out cup we are still hopefull of bringing some succsess in 2011.
I will keep the blogs coming and hopefully report on some good results soon! cheers kev
